Please note that Rentsure must receive payment of your premium before a claim is authorised. Please refer to General Conditions 3 of the Policy.

All new claims are to be notified directly to Rentsure.

For Section 1 and Section 2 Covers’ we require the following:

  1. A Rentsure Claim Form.
  2. Quotations for the estimated repairs.
  3. The location of the Vehicle for assessment.
  4. A Rental Agreement.
  5. Any special instructions pertaining to Rental Breaches and or circumstances which should be brought to our attention to aid recovery.

For Section 1 cover, in addition to the above, if the Vehicle is a suspected total loss, please supply the lease or hire purchase payout figure and a copy of the vehicle registration papers.

The financial information supplied should be on the financier letterhead and include:

  1. The type of contract i.e. Lease, Corporate Hire Purchase.
  2. If GST is applicable state the amount.
  3. And note any payments and interest charges and/or interest for the unexpired term of such agreement.
